Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1. You have given detailed description of your problem. This has helped me to understand your medical issue. Thanks for the same.

2. As per your description , your bleeding pattern is unpredictable and heavy. It must be exhausting you a lot.

3. I will suggest to get USG abdomen pelvis done to know structural cause of bleeding; like fibroid or polyp or adenomyosis.
Also, a clinical check up from gynecologist will be more helpful.

4. I will suggest to seek help of gynecologist to get prescription for medicines to stop bleeding like mefenamic acid and ethamsylate, tranexamic acid.
Also, I will suggest to start with iron supplements.
Use of high protein diet including milk and milk products, eggs ,fish; dark green leafy vegetables , citrus fruits will be of help.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
