i had a sex month ago & then start taking birth control pills bcz i m having PCOS problem & today i had periods after 2 months and had really bad stomach pain & mass clumb came out. what that mean? it means i m pregnant??

i m not married. so i don't wanna get pregnant. & that clumb came again. can u please tell me is it a why this is happening. & why that clumbs coming?? is this due to taking birth control pills? should i need to take a pregency test? or is this miscarraige ???
