Brief Answer:
It is normal to have heavy bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query to healthcare magic .

I have read your question carefully and understand your health concern.

The first menstruation after the procedure of myomectomy may be heavier than normal at almost all women .

Hence don't worry.

You should call your doctor if other periods after the first of procedure of myomectomy will be heavier.

Hope I was helpful and please feel free for further discussion.

Best regards
