Brief Answer:
it is not related to the trauma

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.

Headache is a common condition in this age and sometimes it is difficult to find the cause. Still, the most sensitive exams which help settle the diagnosis and rule out the most serious condition is MRI and EEG which in your case result normal. This means the headache in this case is a benign condition, and it is not related to the trauma, because if so MRI would have detected changes related to the trauma.

It might be migraine or muscle tensive type headache which need appropriate treatment.

In your case it seems muscle tensive type and the treatment of choice is amitriptyline which you have already taken with no benefit. Still you can talk to your GP about changing the treatment to another drug, because amitrytiline is not always effective.

Hope this helps. Wish your wife the best health.

Brief Answer:
no risk developing clot from headache

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Headache is not properly a disease. It is a symptom of an underlying condition, which in your case is a benign one, because you ruled other concerning conditions with the MRI.

Clot or Stroke can cause headache, though not always, while headache never causes stroke.

You need just the proper treatment for the headache which might take some time, but it should be definitive.

Best regards.

Brief Answer:
These symptoms are related to the heart.

Hello,

Chest pain which involves the left shoulder is to be related in first place to heart and its vascular supply. You should have an electrocardiogram scheduled as soon as possible.

Hope this helps.
