Brief Answer:
Congestion

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
Typically it takes a bit longer for the congestion to resolve after antibiotic treatment. Until then, there are many over the counter pediatric cold medicines available. Any that contain Dextromethorphan and/or Gauifenesin would be helpful. Additionally, rubbing the chest and soles of the feet with childrens vicks also helps.
