Brief Answer:
It seems to be due to orthostatic hypotension.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

At this age group it happens sometimes and is very natural and is not a big concern of medical worry.

It is only a small duration of hypotension in which the body fails for a few seconds to maintain the normal blood pressure in the blood vessels.

Normally when we change our posture abruptly (from sitting or lying in bed to standing), there is an unnoticeable small fall in blood pressure due to the effects of the gravity. Our autonomic system is responsible for the maintenance of the blood pressure to a baseline optimal level by controlling the heart rate and strength of the heartbeats. When this blood pressure fall is observed by autonomic nervous system it quickly maintains it bck to normal.

In older people sometimes it fails and there a very short bout of the fall in blood pressure and the symptoms are as you felt i.e. Heaviness of the arms and lightheartedness. It is very transient episode and has no worries as it is harmless.

You just need to keep a good diet control and take a healthy diet.
No smoking and no alcohol.
No caffeinated drinks etc.
Plenty of vegetables, salads and fruits.
Salmon is good for you.
When you get up from lying in the bed, do it in steps. Don't just get up at once. First sit down in bed, then take the legs down and stay before standing up on the floor. Same is good for getting up out of a chair.

You also need to screen yourself for blood pressure issues and diabetes mellitus. Sometimes low blood sugar levels also may cause such issues.
