What Causes Heat Sensation On Risght Side Of Body With Low Grade Fever?

Question: I don't know if you can help me. I have something unusual happening to me. I have for the last year or so been experience heat sensation on my right side. My skin is really hot and at times I run a low grade fever. The highest seen is 100. I have not been able to find help and it appears all known test ran come back normal. A little over a year ago, I was diagnosed with ZES and had to have whipple surgery. Afterwards this began. It is not related to any of the side effects listed for ZES or whipple. I am not sure what direction to go with this.

Thanks for your query.
Surely, the symptom you are having are unique and very difficult to diagnose.
IT has appeared after surgery for ZES.
It may or may not be a simple co-incidence.
*heat sensation on my right side is your symptom
>> The possibility I can think of is the problem with the autonomous nervous system on the right side. This can be due to sympathetic shift.

I would advise to have an MRI of the Neck to see if there is any irritating lesion over the sympathetic chain.

Take an opinion of a Neurologist.
