Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms may be related to cardiac, gastrointestinal or neurological disorders. This is why I strongly recommend that you should contact immediately your doctor.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Chest x-ray
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy
- Spine x-ray

Hope this will be of help!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

As i said earlier your symptoms may be related to neurological (and psychological) issues.

However other causes should be excluded before concluding that your symptoms are related to anxiety and depression.

This is why I strongly recommend that you should schedule an appointment with your doctor to do all the above mentioned exams.

Wish you health!
Dr. Shehu
