Echo showed mild increment in left ventricle. I was released once normal bp. Last 1 week i have left back pain n sometime in shoulder. My doctor said its nothing to worry n he did heart monitor test. I am worried i might had heart attack. Otherwise no fever n i walk 5 km easily per day. Is it fine?

Brief Answer:
Less likely to be a heart attack

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's less likely to be a heart attack, because symptoms are not very suggestive, your young age, ecg was normal, no symptoms on walking 5 km. So very unlikely. Heart Attack patients have very severe chest pain or heaviness in anterior part of chest may go to left arm or back, associated sweating, uneasiness.
Still I think, to rule out doubt you can get one treadmill test done, which will further provide clears your doubt.
Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week. If bp is persistently more than 140/90 mmhg, then you should be on medicines for it. Rest continue healthy lifestyle and regular exercises.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
BOTH LOOKS FINE

Detailed Answer:
Regarding, ecg tracing, it looks fine but it's just a single lead and has artefacts also. Better you upload proper 12 lead ecg if it's done.
Blood pressure readings are fine, one or two readings touching 140, that's acceptable.
Overall, no need to worry. All the best.
