my haemoglobin is around 11.6 when i checked 1 month back. i had gone through full body checkup 2 years back in which ECG and threadmill test is done and results were normal.

Brief Answer:
It could be a innocent heart murmur.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Sorry for the delay in my response.

As your hb and ECG are perfectly fine,it could not be due to anaemia and heart problems.

So it could be a innocent heart murmur, occur due to incresed blood flow through heart valve.

Hope found useful.
Good luck.
