Brief Answer:
Easy solution to your problem.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

1. The headache with vomiting that you are describing seems due to migraine.
2. You require a proper physical examination to determine this.
3. Migraine gets set off by different things, just like allergies.
4. For the time being take Ibuprofen. It's also called Bruffen.
5. Take rantac-d. This is a tablet that is a combination of Ranitidine,
which is good for gas and acidity. Domperidone is good for vomiting.
6. Take bruffen with breakfast and dinner, 1 tablet each.
7. Take Rantac-D at night, before meals.
8. This will solve your problem.

Thanks,

During chat with a doctor I was given following prescriptions -

Agile tablet after food.
Pan-D before food.

Please suggest if above is fine or I should follow yours.

Brief Answer:
Take these tablets. They are a good combination.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Since you have a prescription from the other doctor, I'd tell you to take the Pan D tablets and Agile. Pan D is Pantoprazole + Domperidone and Agile is Diclofenac tablets. I feel that Pan - D is OK, but I recommend Bruffen over Agile. If it suits you, it's fine.

Take this,

1. Pan-D tablets 1 hour before meals. Twice a day is sufficient.
2. Bruffen (Advil, Ibuprofen) two times a day after break fast and dinner.

Thanks, if you have any doubts, please feel free to ask.

Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar.
