What Causes Headaches During Sexual Intercourse?
Question: I recently got a sudden splitting headache during sexual activities. When I went to the doctor, my bottom number of my blood pressure was 90. This is high for me. I also recently started taking Abilify. I am almost 55 and female. Should I be concerned?

Once in a while head ache after sexual activity is not uncommon.
If it happens regularly then only it is matter of concern, and then need to be investigated.
Diastolic Blood pressure 90 is absolutely fine and within normal limits.
Head ache is one of the side effect of Abilify as well.
In my opinion at present there is no reason to be concerned, but if the frequency and /or severity of head ache increases, you must visit your doctor.
