Brief Answer:
Get her clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get her clinically examined and investigated by a medical professional. Sometimes sitting or standing from lying down position, may result in fall in blood pressure. Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Blood pressure monitoring.
2. Blood sugar levels.
3. Hemoglobin levels.
4. Thyroid profile.
5. CT/ MRI scan of head and neck region.

Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical examination and reports of the above mentioned investigations.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
