What causes headache, weakness and dizziness?

Question: Hi, I am 31.5 years old female.
I am having symptoms of headache weakness dizziness,My MRI 6 months back showed mild cerebral atrophy.I consulted neurologist that time he said no need to worry.But why I am having these symptoms.
