What Causes Headache, Tiredness And Body Pain After Sexual Intercourse?
Question: I am a newly married man just about a month. For few days after sex, i experience headache, tiredness and excessive body pain. I become abnormal, that is my thinking ability is totally affected, i lost my concentration. Because of it I am not showing interest in sex. Please help me to understand my problem.

3-4 days in a week. one time in a day.

No. I am less interested and i do it for my wife.
Problem of headache,body pain and tiredness remains continuously or few hours after sex only? Extreme tiredness last about 6-7 hours. After marriage i become weak and fall asleep everyday. I would feel sleepy by 9pm and so if i find my wife desire for intercourse, i would do it for her without any interest. I feel my eyes closing due to sleepiness even during intercourse. i feel sleepy in bus even during office travel. This i never experienced before marriage. But I shown more interest in the first week after my marriage.

All above history suggests that something wrong is going on in your relationship. You should be evaluated in detail by a psychiatrist in terms of marital history and mental status examination. Your narration suggests some features of depression.
Please do not take my words in negative manner. Even you can go with your wife to see a doctor for better evaluation.As early as problem found out, some treatment can be done. And earlier the treatment , better the result.
Pain in body and headache ,tiredness and lack of concentration might be somatic features of depression.
