Brief Answer:
Probably viral; follow as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in Healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
From your history and symptoms, you seem to be suffering from viral fever.
However, associated or secondary bacterial infection cannot be ruled out too.
Hence, an additional antibiotic should be helpful.
I would advise the following-

Avoiding chilled or icy food and beverages.
Warm saline gargling.
Azithromycin for 5 days.
Paracetamol for fever and headache.
A multivitamin-multimineral syrup for loss of appetite and generalised fatigue.

A complete blood count is suggested if it does not get better in another 3-5 days.

Kindly follow up if possible.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
