Brief Answer:
likely viral illness

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Headache, sore throat and ear pain can be related to acute viral infections such as the common cold or flu.

The flu would normally be associated with persistent high fever, muscle and joint pain, general lethargy and malaise (generally feeling very unwell).

If these symptoms are absent then your symptoms are likely due to the cold virus unless it is in the early stages of flu and the other symptoms have not occurred as yet.

Treatment would involve: (1) use of enough fluids (least 8 glasses daily)
(2)rest if possible
(3)oral gargles/sprays or lozenges such as chloroseptic, diflam, covonia that would help with the sore throat
(4)paracetamol to help with the headache and ear pain.

If the ear pain continues then you would need to consider visiting your doctor to determine if you have an ear infection which would require topical or oral antibiotics.
