Brief Answer:
Fundus examination by indirect ophthalmoscope

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

Dots are floaters. They are degenerative bodies in vitreous. Fundus examination preferably by indirect ophthalmoscope is to be done to get a wider field. Holes and tear or peripheral detachment is to be excluded. If every thing is normal then it is to be repeated after six month.

Regarding earlier problem it appears to be computer vision syndrome. It is mainly due to dry eye. Due to staring look at computer tear film doesn't spread. It causes dry eye, may lead to corneal erosion. To avoid it take a break while using computer and can look out side through window. Apply refresh eye tear drop 3 times daily. Use an anti glare specs or have an anti glare screen before computer.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
computr vision syndrome and head achae.

Detailed Answer:
There are several reason to get head ache. Head ache is only a symptom. It can be due to fever, raised intracranial pressure, temporal arthritis, sinus congestion, and several other reason. Gastritis may also lead to headache. However based on your past history, in my opinion it is indicative of computer vision syndrome. .

A physical examination along with detailed medical history will help us rule out other possibilities.
