Question: I am a 50 year old male, and I noticed, as others at work have, that my nipples are hard most of the time, and recently have began to itch. This is very embarrassing

I have gone through the attachment and the description. It seems that there could be a fungal infection. Apply clotrimazole lotion topically for a few days and see if it helps.

Also take cetirizine tablet once daily for the next few days and it should help.
