Question: Hi I have a hard muscly feeling lump on my left side of neck no table to feel until I turn my neck it isn't lymph as I have had Hodgkin's not n lymph gland have scoliosis and obvious signs in back and sore neck ??

In this location lymph node is probable. And it can be much different than those found in case of Hodgkins lymphoma. I hope you are really sure that this is not a lymph node.
From other possible issues it can be a lipoma or sebaceous cyst. Both are benign and do not turn into a cancer. However sebaceous cyst can get infected and turn into an abscess.
If this lump is a hard like a bone, some spine changes should be also considered.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and have an ultrasound of this area done. This test should give the answer.
