What Causes Growing Pimple On Penis?

Question: Hello, about 3 weeks ago or a month ago i noticed a pimple like bump on my shaft area of my penis grow. I ignored it hoping it was only a pimple but it hasn't gone away. It has been 3 weeks or a month and it is still there and i am worried of what it could be. Today i notices it had pop and it had some white stuff on it and a little blood. What is this? I'm getting worried because it won't go away. I have included pictures.

It appears to be either folliculitis or infected sebaceous cyst.
Please now clean area with warm water twice daily. I would have advised to Apply topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin cream and oral antiinflammatory analgesic like brufen.
If it does not subside then get back with clear photos or consult doctor.
