Brief Answer:
Hematoma skin is most likely possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I have seen the attached photograph also.
I understand your concern.
As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is Hematoma skin of penis.
Sudden trauma strongh enough to rupture the cutaneous small blood vessels lead to oozing and collection of blood under the skin.
This collected blood appears as discolouration of skin. Initially the color is dark purple fading to light greyish within few days.
Your history of trauma corroborates with appearance of greyish patch also favoring the diagnosis of Hematoma skin.
In such cases, no treatment is required. The hematoma resolves spontaneously within 10-14 days of its own.
Still you should visit your doctor in person so that he can examine and do clinical examination of the area.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.

Thank you Dr XXXXXXX
I asked another doctor for ensuring and this is her reply

-----
I reviewed the picture.

It seems to be lichen planus which is like an eczema. Its violaceous in colour. Its not infectious.

The treatment for it would be application of cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for two weeks.

In case it doesn't start improving in a week, it will be best to see your doctor who can examine it thoroughly.

What you think about it ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back.
It doesn't look like Lichen planus to me.
I have seen your attached images again.
I can appreciate some swelling with discolouration of the involved area.
In Dermatology, inspection is very important aspect of clinical examination.
So you should not apply anything without consulting your doctor in person.
This is my advice for you.
You can share my opinion with your doctor.
I hope this information helps you.
Thanks
