Brief Answer:
Rapid transit through bowels not vaccine casuse

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on healthcaremagic. The passage of greenish stools is probably unrelated to the vaccination. As the food moves down through the bowels, bile is secreted with the purpose of assisting digestion. As the matter moves through the large intestine, the green pigment gets converted into the yellow one that colours the stool. So a rapid transit through the large intestine makes the stool greenish as the pigments do not get adequate time for conversion. It is nothing unusual in children and not a cause of concern. It is probably unrelated to the vaccines.

Hope that takes care of your query. Feel free to revert back in case of further queries if any.

Brief Answer:
No need for it to stop, look for other symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking back. Since this colour of baby stool is usually normal, you need not wait for it to stop. But if your baby has other symptoms that concern you consult your doctor. Symptoms to look for are:
Blood or mucus in stools
Fever
Vomiting
Irritability
Refusal to eat
Decreased or dark-colored urine
Decreased activity

Glad to be of service. If you have been benefited by my answer please rate my answer and a positive review. Wishing your child health.

Thank you so much doctor for the prompt response. My son usually spills out a small quantity of milk after the feed.Is it related to the symptom which you have mentioned ?

Brief Answer:
Refusal to eat occurs while the baby is sick

Detailed Answer:
Glad to get your response. Spilling out small quantities of milk (regurgitation) is different from vomiting. Vomiting or regurgitation of more than 50% of the last feed amount in less than one hour of intake can be a cause of concern. In such a case you may skip a feed (especially if the child does not feel like feeding) and see if the problem recurs in the next. If not, there is nothing to worry. If it does, consult your doctor. Spilling small amounts of feed (<50% of the feed amount) is otherwise normal for children and not a cause of concern. Being fussy eaters and not wanting to feed are common problems with children which you would have to distinguish from a child feeling ill and hence not feeling like taking food.
