Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry about the health situation you are in.

1. Having green diarrhea might associated with:
- frequent bowel movements
- bowel infection

I'd like to know :
- for how long have you had these symptoms?
- do you have fever?
- any other health problem (heartburn?gas? bloating?etc./ or medication you might be taking apart Phenergan?

2. Green vomit is when vomit consists of bile, especially when you do not eat anything, or consume only small amounts of fluids all the day as in your case.

I highly recommend to consult with your physician for further evaluations especially if you also have fever or you can go to ER to get further assistance there.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- increase fluids intake with oral rehydration salts
- take pepto bismol/tasectan to stop diarrhea
- take probiotics to optimize intestinal flora

Wish fast recovery!
