Brief Answer:
its normal

Detailed Answer:
hi,
Welcome to this forum,
Can understand your concerns.

Yes, it is normal.

Child passes green stools because the transit time of milk in intestine is less and as a result the bile is not fully absorbed leading to green stools. Child can also pass golden, yellow colored stools, these are also normal.

I suggest you to give enterogermina ampule once a day for 3 days to maintain normal flora of gut.

I hope this will help you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Infection

Detailed Answer:
hi,
Welcome once again.

Pus cells more than 10 signifies infection.

There are various causes of infection like bottle feeding, thumb sucking.

In my opinion, an antibiotic like cefixime should be started for 5 days.

Since, dose of drugs depends on weight of child, I suggest you to meet the local doctor for needful.

Take care.
