Green stools in itself not a reason of worry , more important if consistency of stool and presence of blood. How long is your baby having green stools , are they watery and large? Is it increased freq of formed stools or watery stools , is it associated with pain abdomen ? Any other associated problem or symptoms ?

What is birth weight , height and present weight , height of your baby , what diet does she takes ?

You can try to give her balanced diet rich in nutrients and calorie. If motions are loose use oral rehydration solution .

If motions is a chronic problem , she needs evaluation for malabsorption including celiac disease and also lactose intolerance . Any chronic disease causing this needs to ruled out by proper examination and investigations.
