Brief Answer:
Pains, diarrhea

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Sometimes stools can be in green color due to causes like:
-Diarrhea like conditions which decrease the transit time of food
-Intake of foods with high fiber like spinach, XXXXXXX green leafy vegetables etc.
-Intake of iron or vitamin tablets etc.
If you are not having pains and if there is no diarrhea, no need to worry.
If you are having green colored watery discharge from vagina, leakage of amniotic fluid should be excluded.

Hope I have answered your question. I will be available to answer followup questions. If you are satisfied with the response, please give your review at the end of the discussion.
Take care.
