Question: I am trying to see if I have grade 2 spondy... Radiologist said grade 2 but I cannot see it seems worse.

Yes, there is spondylolysthesis grade 2 ( approx. 50% slippage ) at L5-S1 only visible at lateral radiograph.

thank you. I understand surgery is recommended. However, if no pain, what are the odds that it could continue to slip? I am 34. I read somewhere that by 40 it could slip 8-30% Any thoughts?

It depends on stability, or instability of the lysthesis.

Dynamic (flexed and extended position) are necessary to evaluate instability and predict the slippage rate.
