Brief Answer:
Possibility of intermittent vascular occlusion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case,
Since you have heaviness for fraction of second and no numbness there is possibility of intermittent vascular occlusion.
There is possibility of transient ischemic episode leading to motor weakness on arm.
Smoking may leads to constriction of blood vessels leading to infection and weakness.
So it is advisable to do colour Doppler limb to see vascular status.
You may need long term treatment in form of medication physiotherapy with TENS and anodyne therapy.

Another possibility of compression of nerve root there is pain radiating to your hand.
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.

You may need clinical examination to confirm neurological weakness, BP and other vital parameters
Many of my patients get relief by yoga pranayama and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so you can also due that.

For gastric problem you can take antacid like rabeprazole if symptoms of acidity are there.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Brief Answer:
Explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

As you said your arm got weak after wrong position in gym there is possibility of ligament injury or nerve stretch. Have you been examined by a doctor? If you haven't I will recommend you see one - orthopedician / sport medicine doctor or neurophysician. If necessary he might order for MRI or NCV [NERVE conduction study] according to clinical examination.

As far as the goose bump is concerned it may or may not be normal. I will recommend you to get the weakness issue sorted first. A specific plan of action can be prepared after the initial evaluation.
