Question: Please i don't understand what is this please help the dermatologist said it is not a genetal warts

Genital warts is a specific term used to refer to the warts caused on genitals due to infection by HPV. In other words, genital warts refer to a specific type of STI (sexually transmitted infection) Although the lesions on your genital (penis) are warts, they are not the same as the ones caused due to HPV. Hence your dermatologist said that it is not genital warts (similar to the fact that any girl who is a friend is not your 'girlfriend').
