Well the sort of pains you are having Is widespread and we need to figure out the exact cause for it.I would like to ask you a few queries before guiding you further:

1. Do you experience swelling as well

2. When is your pain more..at work or rest

3. How do you feel in the mornings when you wake up. Is it more or less

4. Any difficulty in turning position in the night

5. Any history if weight loss or apetitie loss or fever

6. Any other unusual symptoms

Do let me know these queries. We need to figure out if it is inflammatory pain or some other form of pain we are dealing with. The management differ accordingly.

Good evening

Thanks for your reply

Well, the causes of the generalized pain are quite a few. I have gone through your past history as well.

Firstly, the sites of pain do not fit in with inflammatory arthritis as the sites are unusual and there is no accompanying swelling or night pains. So, the possibility of a serious one is less

Secondly, I would like you to test yourself for Vitamin D Levels. It s defieciency can cause all wide forms of pain and fatigue.

Thirdly, I would like you to read on this syndrome : Fibromyalgia( www.rheumatology.org-->Patient Education--> Fibromyalgia). Your most of the symptoms fit into it, but i would like you to go through it and revert back.

Hello again. Almost all symtoms looks like fybromyalgia. At first I was scared because I thinked that maybe it's bone cancer because I'am young and bone cancer can be in young people, but you doubt that it is,if there no swelling? It's just strange how get tingling or pain in almost all my arm fingers,in chest, rib, knee and I have leg tension while walking. Also I was checked by vitamin d which was litlle low then normal last year, but after some time they repeat and it was good. So where I should go I should ask gp to send me to Rheumatologist? Doctor are you think it's fybromyalgia?

Management of Fibromyalgia

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Well, as you said lot of your symptoms do fit into it. It can possibly be a diagnosis. Plus all these symptoms can go in with Drug withdrawl also. SO what i would suggest is you visit a Psycoanalyst as well, to help go off the drugs fully, more of a rehabiliation and later you can follow up with A rheumatologist for management of fibryomyalgia. Bone cancer looks unlikely as it is all a widespread pain. Never the less, let the rheumatologist examine you once.

Treatment of Fibromyalgia

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Well yes, you can discuss with your GP as well about the possibility of these disease and she can refer you to a rheumatologist. It is a pain syndrome where there is widespread pain everywhere. Once you are busy or so, you may not feel it but once you are idle or under stress these pains come back.

Do seek a rheumatologist opinion. They may want to start you on some medications. But my advise, dont get dependent on the doctors. Make sure you modify your lifestyle and take as few medications as you can. Start exercising, build up your stamina, develop a hobby and work on it. Medications only work to some extent, rest of the effort is needed from your side. You are very young and I want you to progress towards your goals.

Thank you I will try. Can rheumatologist found whats wrong without bone scan? I'LL Heard it has much radiation. And if it's fibromyalgia is it for the rest of my life?

Brief Answer:
Bone Scan

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Well, I am not too sure what additional information will bone scan give. If there is any inflammation going on, it may be picked with the bone scan but it is usually not too specific. It can give the sites where the problem is going on, if it is. IT has to be done through a XXXXXXX which is injected and the films are recorded at the start and after 2 hours. But yes, it does give a lot of radiation. You need to be away from the kids and pregnant women for a couple of days due to the radiations. I guess, it will provide you with the satisfaction that there is nothing wrong.

The other way is to take the treatment for Fibromyalgia, try to modify your lifestyle and if it still doesnt improve maybe then go for a scan.

Fibromyalgia generally doesnt go for life time, as long as one is willing to change the outlook, lifestyle and understand that there is nothing wrong majorly. It eventually goes off with time.

Hope the information was useful
