Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The most common causes for frequent urination are: (1) infection of some aspect of the genital or urinary tract eg prostate, urethra, ureter, kidneys, bladder etc
In many cases, this would be accompanied other symptoms such as burning on urination, fever, abdominal pain

(2)enlarged prostate- enlargement of the prostate can be benign or cancerous

(3)side effect of medication such as diurectics

(4)non infection cystitis (irritation/inflammation of the bladder)

(5)stones in the urinary tract

(6)diabetes

These are some of the common causes.

To find the cause for you, you would need to be seen by your doctor for assessment.
This would involve physical examination along with at least urine analysis in office. A PSA , if there are no recent results, may also be needed as well

Further testing may not be needed if the cause is obvious (for eg if infection confirmed by office urine analysis)
Treatment depends on the cause found.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
