What Causes Frequent Urination When Diagnosed With Polyuria?
Question: Hi Doc,
Name-Inzy, Age-24,Sex-M,Wt-75kg,Ht-5ft8in.
Frequent Urination problem drinks around 4.5-6 lts of water on normal day & while fasting 3-4lts.But from 2days I feel burning sensation in my penis,scroutum& area just above the private aftering urinating in morning about 4-5 times(within 2 hr).As for regular day i urinate more than normal person i thought may be becoz of extra consumption of liquids.
And from these 2-3 days I am feeling cold especially after knee from the calf to the whole feet of both the legs which I was not experiencing earlier
Around 4 yr earlier took some medicine named lycopodium 150-200-250 total for 2 months or less of Dr. Reckweg(German) it was slight effective as the doc said it to be POLYURIA.
Currently on Prodep20mg(Fluoxetine)morning for one month (7 days left to complete) for premature ejaculation and taking Mega3(eicosapentaenoic acid-180mg,docosahexaenoic acid-120mg)evening 1 cap
Note:
Burning sensation is very low at is only at morning.
Never had any surgery.
4months earlier I got umbilical infection and it was treated it didn't spread through any part I had ultrasound for liver,spleen,prostate,kidney everything was fine .there was intense pain in naval and swollen with yellowish discharge and foul smell both got gradually reduced as the treatment continued at that time doc said if there will be no changes then I will do small operation and will remove the pocket under the navel.
This was only one abdominal case in my whole life.
Please provide the drug name available in XXXXXXX pharmacy

My Impression-
From the scanty information submitted herewith, You seem to be suffer from Post-umbilical abscess treated 4 mths back,but lately started getting burning in your uro-genital areas since last 4 days.
Taking these facts in to consideration-You seem to suffer from -initial Urachal Cyst with Umbilical abscess, which burst open in to sinus, which got healed up 4 mths back with treatment.
But this Urachal alternating sinus lately draining infection to Bladder, causing burning urination lately in last 4 days.
This has occurred mostly from the incomplete treatment of the Umbilical sinus,which should have been treated by excision of the partially and incompletely healed-Urachal sinus .
