Brief Answer:
This is normal. Nothing to be concerned about.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. What you describe is absolutely normal. Children of this age are yet to gain control over their bladder. So, retaining the urine in the bladder or voiding it is not a voluntary action. You would therefore have to bear with it till she gains adequate control over her bowel and bladder.

Let me know if I could help further.

For how long this will go on. Is there any approx age/time when it will get stopped.
I want to share that we have noticed this from the time we started giving water to baby. Also she does passes urine multiple times mainly during day time.

Brief Answer:
2-3 years of age usually

Detailed Answer:
This is hard to say. Some children gain a reasonable control by 2 years of age. Others may take longer and it can last longer. You have rightly observed that this has increased after you have started giving her water. The water gets eventually excreted and collected in the bladder and the involuntary voiding starts. But that does not mean that you do not need to give water and fluids. In fact, it is indispensable.
