Brief Answer:
Do some blood tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HealthcareMagic

I can understand your concern and am going to give you some more info.

According to the history, some of these complaints might be connected with a urinary tract infection.

If you were my patient I'd recommend you to do some tests as follows:

Hemogram
CRP
ESR
Urine complete examination (Routine microscopy and culture sensitivity)
Chest X-Ray
EKG

Please give me some more information;

Do you have any fever? For how long do you have these symptoms?

Any history of cardiac problem?

After having the above results your doctor will advise you further or you can attach/upload them here for me and I will try to guide you as much as possible.

I wish you a fast recovery

Feel free to ask me again in case of any further queries.
