Brief Answer:
Degerative changes are notable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

You uploaded only three images of your cervical spine MRI, so, it is difficult to be sure if there is any cervical spine condition that is causing your symptoms or not.

However, there are degerative changes (premature for your age) of your cervical spine that may be responsible for both, headaches ( occipital neuralgia ) and hand symptoms, related possibly to compression of nerves supplying these areas.

It is necessary to examine all the MRI images and to correlate findings with symptoms.

There is also herniated disc at T2-T3 level, but not responsible for symptoms you describe.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Discuss with a spine Specialist about these issues.
