What Causes Frequent Episodes Of Sharp Headaches In The Elderly?
This evening, I had the same type of experience in a different location, on the top of my head. Did not last long. In both cases I did not experience any other symptoms.
Thanks, XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Well, since it's happening again and again, first of all, I'd recommend you get your blood pressure checked (sudden elevation of blood pressure can cause such symptoms)... If you're taking any medications for blood pressure, then it's important to recheck the parameters as further dose titration may be required...
Do you have any other associated complaints? Any cough/cold/any changes in glasses (if at all use)/vision lately?
Instead of Ibuprofen, I'd suggest taking Acetaminophen (eg. Tylenol 650mg thrice daily after some food for next 2-3 days)...
Despite following this, if it still persists/any further worsening of the present symptoms, then it'll be better to get a prompt check-up by your primary for further evaluation...
Hope I have answered your query.
