Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Recurrent blisters on your tongue might be occurring due to nutritional deficiency, spicy food, indigestion, insufficient sleep, etc.

For the image to be uploaded, please contact YYYY@YYYY, they will guide you.

Till then you can take the following medications:
Multivitamin like Supradyn (Instead of Becosule tablet which you are taking), Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Antacid like Rantac, Topical analgesic gel to be applied over the tongue like Mucopain oral gel.

Drink lots of fluids.

Have a regular and proper sleep pattern.

Avoid spicy food.

Eat more fruits and green leafy vegetables.

Avoid stress.

Eat slowly and chew the food properly, so that it will help in good digestion and also it will prevent tongue injury from teeth.

After uploading the image of the blisters over the tongue, I will again answer you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Looking at the image, it seems to be an Aphthous ulcer over the lateral aspect of the tongue.

As you are suffering from this complain repeatedly, most probably you are suffering from Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis.

Proposed causative factors for this condition include nutritional deficiency, immunologic factors, psychological stress, and dietary allergies, as well as trauma.

Ensure that you brush atraumatically and avoid eating particularly hard or sharp foods and avoid other trauma to the oral mucosa.

You should continue with the medicines advised earlier.
In addition, you should also apply Kenacort (Triamcinolone 0.1%) oral paste over the ulcer.

Mucopain oral gel as advised earlier, it has to be applied over the ulcer.

Also, follow all other advice mentioned in the previous answer.

Hope this answers your query.

Take care.

Dr. Riddhi Shah, ENT Specialist
