Brief Answer:
You have UTI

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for query .
Foul smelling urine is mostly due to UTI .

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you

A 46 year old man present with moderate to severe diarrhea for 2 days, history ate a 2 days old bread. Dehydration is managed from mild-moderate and prevented from severe dehydration by admitted to ER and given 500 cc fluid replacement. No fever to subfebris. Blood sample taken and shows mostly normal result (HB, Leu, Ery, ESR, Pla, HT, MCV, MCH, MCHC are normal). Natrium is little low, 132. However the diff count shows Basophil 0, eosinophil 0, rod 20, segment 45, lymphocyte 18, monocyte 6. The thing that worries me that it written in the lab result Myelocyte 3%, metamyelocyte 8%. What could be the cause of a 2 yr old running a fever, with no other symptoms, and very swollen lymphnodes? He s has numerous blood work and things like his red blood cell count is 15.3 (high), Neutrophils are 13 (low), Lymphs 72 (high) with smudge cells present, Monocytes 11 (high) and Neutrophils-Absolute at 0.9 (low). He s scheduled for a doctor s appt today, I would like to know what types of questions (or answers) I should ask or expect because he s been sick since Thanksgiving and they just keep taking more blood and not really giving me an answer, other than it s viral, as to why he s not getting better.
