Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection is the reason of your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Smelly urine and burning while urinating or urethra burning are typical symptoms of urinary tract infection. Due to bacteria presence in the urethra or bladder you get mentioned symptoms. Additionally you may have frequent urinating, lower abdominal pain, back pain and fever.
Sometimes urinary tract infection (especially when urine is smelly) is associated with diabetes. Sugar is a great food for bacteria. In case of diabetes there is glucose in the urine what allows bacteria to grow.
Cream wont be effective in case of such infection.

I suggest you to consult your doctor. Urine analysis, blood work should be done. Antibiotic treatment seems necessary. You should also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
