What Causes Foul Smell From Anus?
Question: My son is having problem of foul smelling in day time from anal. No pain or bleeding from anal .

It is possibly a leakage of the fouls smelling gas from the anal canal, like farting.
Indicates an intestinal infection.
Has he been examined to see the condition of the perineum, anus and scrotal area by any Surgeon for actual examination ?
Well Give him medicines which have been prescribed. I hope it contains antibiotic against intestinal infection. Add probiotics. Sitz bath and cleaning the area with soap and water. If there is any local condition, he can apply liquid povidone iodine locally , get dried up fast.
IF an intestinal infection is suspected, and not getting proper relief, you can go ahead with ultrasonography and colonoscopy, tests of blood, urine and stool.
