What Causes Foul Odored Brown Vaginal Discharge?
Question: I have a discharge, sometimes it's blood and other times it's a little yellowish and has a foul order. What could possiblably cause this?

Bloody discharge at the age of 54 has to be investigated.
Foul smelling discharge could be due to INFECTION.Trichomoniasis ,Candidial infections are common.
But,Malignancy has to be excluded by PAP SMEAR.
If there is no malignancy,appropriate Antibiotic has to be given.
Please consult your doctor and get a PAP SMEAR initially.
