Brief Answer:
Yes,pain involves both feet

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the health problems you are having.

Herniation is associated with compression of nerves roots coming out from intervertebral disc. This is expressed with pain in both feet and rarely in one only.

Physiotherapy is the best treatment along with antiinflammatory meds orally and locally.

Wish fast recovery.

Brief Answer:
Yes,can take, please send blood test results

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

If you could send your blood tests results, it will be great. In this way, I can evaluate how low your hemoglobin is.

Yes, you can take iron supplements, but not at the same time with prisolec.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Following answers to your questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Usually, antacids or other drugs for stomach are used at least 2 hours from iron supplements intake.

Acid reflux is associated with burning sensation on the chest and increased heart rate. Sometimes this increase in heart rate is felt like ringing ears (which I suppose you are calling as Eustachian tube dysfunction).

It is important to make changes in your diet habits too, like:
- avoiding foods like spicy/chilly/oily/fried etc.
- have your dinner at least 4 hours before going to bed
- sleep with extra pillow
- avoid laying down immediately after meal
- have frequent and small portion meals

All the best.
