Question: Over past couple days I have had a painless but uncomfortable fluttering in middle lower abdomen just above my pelvic bone with a feeling like my clothes are on too tight even when I am not wearing any, not around my waist just in the area above my pelvic bone, there is pressure and some discomfort the discomfort has been constant for 2 days I have also had abdominal bloating like I look like I am 4 mo pregnant, (I have not had sex recently, It is not STD's for sure) I thought maybe UTI but no burning frequency or pain with urination, I do have a uterine tumor/fibroid that I have had since taking hormones for IVF I have not been on any birth control (cannot get pregnant r/t blocked fallopian tubes bilaterally

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).
It appears that you are suffering from excessive gas or constipation which may cause discomfort in lower abdomen. For bloating 1. avoid milk products if symptoms becomes worse after takeing them. 2. add capsule of simethicone 3. Add some probiotic 4. mild antispamodic of class anticholinergic class like clidinium which I found very useful in my patients whoc suffer from bloating
If there is constipation too then:
1. Take meals at least 2 hours before going to bed.
2. Take lots of fruits and vegetables daily
3. Add condiments like jeera, haldi and ajwain in your diet as these all help in digestion
4. take laxative like syrup cremaffin plus which is a combination of sodium picosulphate, milk of magnesia, and liquid paraffin
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.

I think it is more than just gas, and no I am not constipated, I have had regular bowel movements daily, I do not use milk products, I do get bloated often but I feel that this is something other than just bloating, as now I am having aching pain in the bladder/uterus area what else could this be?
