What Causes Fluttering Feeling In The Chest?

Today morning i ate Upma for breakfast and for lunch Cabbage rice bath(with green peas); but i suffered with fluttering of chest(left side) by 4pm or so and however i walked for about 2.5 kms (total 5 kms); with often fluttering experience I consulted my family doctor ; he checked ECG AND told me that IT IS NORMAL and BP is 130/80 and sugar (random) 120.
I am taking regularly CLOPILET A 75/150(CLOPIDEGROL WITH ASPIRIN) AND ROSUTAT 20 MG. But my family doctor suggested me to take lower dosage; so he prescribed a tablet ROSUVIT CV 10 (which contains clopidegrol and rosuvastatin but without aspirin). Is it ok?
He told me that mineral water(i am taking since 15 days) and my breakfast/lunch might have caused acidity/gastric.
KIndly guide me in this regard. In ecg; one part is very zigzag(v5); but in earlier occasions all sections were uniform. However; during Oct 2014 when i was admitted to hospital the ecg was showing this type of very zigzag(v5).

Only indication of clopigrel is eigher patient is post carotid stent or blockage in carotid artery is more then 70%.Please visit your cardiologist and ask him to review your treatment.
Clopigrel should be stopped as early as possible and Aspirin 75mg should be started in combination of statin.Even Aspirin 150mg is not indicated in your case.So please get your treatment reviewed at the earliest.
zigzag lines in ecg can be because of artifact and wrong placement of leads.However ecg is a baseline investigation and if you are having fluttering feeling A 24 hour holter should be attached to you.It will record your beats for 24hour and any faulty beat will be captured in it.
I dont think mineral water has any documented relation with gastritis or acidity.Esomeprazole is a very safe PPI for patients whi are at cardiac risk .So prefer to take espmeprazole over omeprazole.
Get you treatment reviewed or if possible change your cardiologist at the earliest.
