What Causes Fluctuation In Serum Creatinine Levels?

Question: In January 2012 my GFR was 96 serum creatinine was 0.76. In March 2014, GFR 61 and creatinine 1.09. I am female 45 y/o basically good health. Do I need to be concerned with this amount of change within 2 years?

Even when samples are sent at same time in different labs results can be different .Since every lab has slightly different range so that you will need to check whether its in the range or not .
