What Causes Fluctuating Hemoglobin Levels?

Question: For the last year my hemoglobin has been 14. Two months ago it was 13.6. Today i checked and it's 12.9.
The same with my plaquetas. Always 230 or 240. 2 months ago 240. Today 190. I'm very nervous about those changes.
