Brief Answer:
Please, see your doctor!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this fluctuating blood pressure and the mild angina you mentioned on stairmaster evaluation. These are concerning and raise serious issues about increased risk to develop heart disease. I will like to so you fully evaluated and managed for this.

The increased in your blood pressure while sleeping is not what usually happens during sleep. We expect it to be a lot lower. However, why would you get up to measure it 3 hours into your sleep? The same reasons that interrupted your sleep or fear of having a high blood pressure may actually explain this. The variation leading up to bedtime from the morning is okay.

With all of this, my suggestion is that you should see a doctor for a more comprehensive evaluation. I am of the thinking that you may actually need medications to control this blood pressure. Did you receive any further testing after the minor angina developed? Were your blood lipid levels checked? These would be very important for a comprehensive management of your health challenges.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Thanks for using our services.
