Brief Answer:
Hurry food and excess carbohydrates cause gas

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There are certain medications that you can to relieve gas formation. The basic problem is the diet and behaviour. YOu have to modify them as well along with medicatons. I listed out some gas producing stuff.

Some vegetables such as artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, corn, onions, and potatoes
fruits such as apples, peaches, and pears
beans (especially baked beans)
carbonated beverages deliver excess gas in stomach
wheat products such as pasta and whole grain breads and cereals.
Many people also develop gas after consuming milk products that contain the sugar lactose.
Eat slowly and do not drink water till one hour after food.

You can take ALCID syrup, thrice a day after one hour of meal.

Hope this helps.
