Brief Answer:
Retinal involvement possible. Wait and watch. Spontaneous remission.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

1. It is a fact that in Irido Corneal Syndrome (ICE) the contralateral eye, meaning your good eye is invariably involved.

2. You mention that intraocular pressure is normal.

3. Given this fact, the reason and mechanism of action of floaters is due to retinal involvement, invariably so.

4. I strongly suggest a retinoscopy performed. Note that floaters can occur due to minor extravasations of fluid inside the space.

5. In my medical experience, patients like yourself invariably recover, however, the remission is spontaneous.

6. The prognosis is good. In my XXXXXXX opinion, you may go in for retinal procedures, but experience tells us, that:

A. Learn to adjust to the floaters.
B. Note all people above 30 have mild floaters.
C. Watchful waiting is the keyword here.

Retinal interventions are tension provoking, and risky even with the latest technology.

The decision is up to you.
However, feel free to write back to me, I can guide you professionally in making
some hard decisions.

Most sincerely,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
